张淑琴，女，博士，研究员，博士/硕士研究生导师，教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心评审专家。先后主持公益性行业科研专项，国家自然科学基金项目，吉林省科技发展计划重点研发项目，吉林省创新创业人才项目，公益性科研院所基本科研业务费和企业横向课题等课题 20 余项。参加国家“863”项目，国家科技支撑计划项目，十四五国家重点研发计划子课题等课题 10 余项。发表论文 100 余篇，其中SCI论文 20 余篇；获国家发明专利 5 项，参编著作 3 部。
研究方向：动物传染病防控及生物制品研发，中药抗病毒药物筛选及抗病毒机制研究。

三、主要成果
1．“水貂犬瘟热、细小病毒性肠炎二联活疫苗（CDV3-CL株+FPV-A株）”，获农业农村部新兽药证书。第2完成人，已转化两家生物制品企业，总经费980余万元。
2．大北农科技二等奖：水貂重要传染病防控技术的创新与应用，第3完成人。
3.农业部牛病毒性腹泻病毒Ⅰ型活疫苗（SM株）临床试验批文（2017001），第1完成人。
4．吉林省自然学术成果奖三等奖：牛病毒性腹泻病毒及其防控。第1完成人。
5．吉林省自然学术成果奖三等奖：牛传染性鼻气管炎弱毒活疫苗猪。第3完成人。
6.发明专利：牛病毒性腹泻病毒和牛副流感病毒3型的双重检测引物、探针组合。专利号：ZL202110603732.X，第1完成人，已转化。
7.发明专利：一种稳定产生牛病毒性腹泻病毒抗原的细胞系及抗体胶体金检测试纸条的制备方法。专利号：ZL202110666953.1，第1完成人，已转化。
8.发明专利：人参皂苷单体化合物在制备治疗黄病毒科病毒感染的药物中的用途；专利号：ZL201410777175.3，第1完成人，已转化。
9.发明专利：马传染性贫血病毒可溶性受体、其编码序列、其应用2011.8,中国,ZL200810084383.X。第2完成人。
10.发明专利：猪瘟活疫苗的制备方法及其产品，2013.4,中国,ZL201010536418.第3完成人。
